Refund Policy

As a charitable trust, all donations made to Universal Krishna Gaukul Mission are considered final and non-refundable. However, if a donation has been made in error — such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount — please write to us at ukgm.trust@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with the transaction reference. Genuine cases will be reviewed and refunded to the source account within a reasonable time. The full refund policy will be published on this page shortly.
